Our Groups
The groups are formed from business leaders who have a growth mindset, an appetite to learn and apply those learnings in their personal and business life.
We support and challenge one another, we learn together, share our best practice and help resolve each other’s current issues and challenges and share opportunities.
(We also have some fun along the way – laughter is the best form of stress relief!)
Our rule of 3 is:

All of the group members have those moments when you cannot share your thinking, with your team or even with your life partner. Sometimes those decisions are so complex and important you need different perspectives to ensure you reach the right decision.
We may be business leaders of different businesses but 80% of our role is the same – most of our issues and challenges revolve around people and money. You’ll find any answer within the group – or the group will direct you to someone who has the answer.
